    About DistanceEducation.org.in

At Distance Education, we believe that a degree should never come at the cost of your job, your family time, or your peace of mind. Founded to bridge the gap between aspiring learners and recognised universities, we work as an admission facilitation and counselling partner — guiding students end-to-end from course selection to enrolment confirmation.

We work exclusively with UGC-DEB recognised and approved universities, so every degree you earn through us carries full legal validity for jobs, promotions, government exams and higher studies — just like a regular degree.

Whether you’re a working professional looking to upskill, a student who couldn’t continue regular college, or someone returning to education after a break, our counsellors help you choose the right course, the right university, and the right mode of study.

    FAQ Section

Is a distance/correspondence LL.B or LL.M valid for practicing law?

LL.B and LL.M programmes are governed by the Bar Council of India (BCI) in addition to UGC-DEB. Enrolment as a practicing advocate requires a BCI-recognised law degree. Students interested in practicing law should confirm the current BCI approval status for the specific mode and university with our counsellors before enrolling.

Pharmacy programmes are governed by the Pharmacy Council of India (PCI) in addition to UGC-DEB. Registration as a pharmacist requires a PCI-recognised qualification. Students should confirm current PCI approval for the specific mode and university with our counsellors before enrolling.

Degrees from our affiliated UGC-DEB approved universities are recognised for general employment and higher studies purposes, in line with UGC norms for distance education. Professional-practice fields (law, pharmacy, medicine, etc.) carry additional council-specific requirements as noted above.
